Hi Y’all, I’m Jamie!
Jamie is a certified yoga teacher who loves movement, mindful living, and helping people feel good in their bodies. A Florida transplant from the mountains of Virginia, she’s been practicing yoga since 2004. Yoga was a transformative tool in healing her own relationship with her body, and it continues to shape her grounded, inclusive approach to teaching.
Specializing in Power and Vinyasa yoga, Jamie’s classes are athletic, alignment-focused, and fun—designed to feel both accessible and energizing. She works primarily with small private groups, corporate wellness events, retreats, and boutique studios, creating thoughtful experiences that support movement, connection, and stress relief.
Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and has over 12 years of experience in the nutrition field, which subtly informs her body-aware teaching style. When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find her hiking in search of hills, paddling with her outrigger crew, or relaxing with her two pups.
